For each TeePee, you need a space of about 1 meters by 2 meters. Ideally, if you are setting up multiple TeePees, a total space of around 6 meters by 5 meters would be recommended. However, the team can adjust to different space sizes as long as a clean, prepared floor is ready upon arrival.
We understand that exclusive themed events come with a lot of excitement, and we don’t expect our guests to keep the celebration completely crumb-free. However, in the unlikely event that any damages occur which cannot be cleaned or repaired, we may need to charge an additional fee to cover the replacement of specific items.
Each tent comes with a snack box (Lays, Maynards, chocolate & ice-tea). You’re also welcome to customize or add to the box as desired. In addition, you can order savoury platters, fancy cakes, themed cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and cake-pops at an extra cost. For even more excitement, you can rent our additional self-service equipment, which includes a popcorn machine, candy floss, and bubble waffles. Ingredients are included, enough for all guests and a second helping! ☺
To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full one day prior to setup. Payments can be made via EFT, and your booking will be confirmed once we receive your deposit. Additionally, an R1000 breakage deposit is required, which will be fully refunded after collection, following an inspection for any damages.
Setup typically takes around 1 to 2 hours, depending on the number of teepees and your selected package, which may also include a balloon garland if ordered. We begin setup from 11 a.m. onwards, with collection and pack-up scheduled for 10 a.m. the next day. Please note that we conduct a routine check and bag the bedding for laundering, so we kindly ask that you leave the packing up and cleaning to our friendly team.
Simply fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form, and one of our friendly staff members will reach out to discuss your requirements. You can also contact us directly or send an email with your party details. Please note that booking at least 2-3 months in advance is essential to avoid disappointment, as your desired theme may be booked on the same day.
No set-up fee is charged.
We are based out of Tokai, Cape Town, and serve most areas within a 20km radius. There is a transportation fee of R10 per km depending
on the area. Areas in the Southern Suburbs have a fixed transportation fee of R200. We can travel outside of our service area. However, the
transportation fee might be higher than the one applicable to the service area.
